The Wines - Suggestions:

Jaume Puntiró Blanc. Santa María del Camí, Mallorca. This is a fruity wine, the accent being pear and peach. This wine combines to perfection with our fish dishes or with our first courses which always contain fish and molluscs.

Macia Batle, private Reserve (red). A cuvée, the grapes are of Manto Negro and Callet variety and are picked by hand. The vines are more than 40 years old..
An exquisite mallorcan wine with a long and intense bouquet.

My favourite is and has been for a while the Pesquera Reserva de Alejandro Fernández D.O. Ribera del Duero. On our wine list we have three other bottles of the “Rey deTempranillo” (King of the young wines). Their wines benefit from the sweet tannin of ripe fruit and they are velvety like the Tempranillo. “I’m a great admirer of this man who has proved that with good soil and a magnificent microclimate, personality is expressed naturally with less wood”
